We are authorized to train, commission, certify, Crest, license, and deploy Chaplains whether professional or volunteers cknowledged by UCC-USA army/2016 to crest her officers who are duly certified. We also have verifiable Electronic validated identity cards for Humanitarian access in nations
DICCI operations are somewhat military and it cuts across military, Para-military, government, public, and private establishments. Also, we reach out to law enforcement agencies, Embassies, prisons, orphanages, hospitals, and citadels of learning just to mention a few. Our area of interest also extends to conflict de-escalation, rescue missions, and peace-keeping, and as Chaplains we are licensed First-aiders.
DICCI has commissioned over 18,430 chaplains in almost 2 decades within Africa, Europe, Asia.. the Middle East. Canada and USA, Canada, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, FRANCOPHONES Nations, Southern and Western Africa, and more.

To assist the Police in crime prevention

To give spiritual, and socio-physical assistance to the sick, war victims,
Assist the widows, the less privileged, the motherless, and the orphans.
For this reason, we are organizing a programme called “don’t let them cry”.
We organize lectures, seminar, conferences, and training which bring enlightenment to the public. We also conduct counseling, fellowship service, prayer meetings for corporate and private organizations, hospitals missions to encourage the recovery of the sick and much more.

Who is a Chaplain officer?
A Chaplain Officer is a clergyman or layman licensed and commissioned by a faith group and invested with military authority to render pastoral care, social crisis management, counseling, sacraments, worship, education, end of life care, help in ethical decision making, staff support , clergy contact, community coordination, church coordination, security and law enforcement assistance and conflict resolution, locally and internationally. A Chaplain Officer may be employed on a professional full time or part time basis and also on volunteer basis.
