This is for executive special members of the organizations who stand in the watch of discipline and code of operations being implemented to ensure organization’s integrity is preserved. Also support any capacity when needed and adviser to the development of DICCI which attracts one or two ceremonial uniforms, one or two shoes black and white, one certificates, awards with ceremonial decorations and pee cap.
